To illustrate what this looks like in practice, we’ve outlined three foundational roles that form the core of a modern B2B marketing SaaS team. For each role, we’ll explore the essential skills, characteristics, and experience to look for, what to avoid during the hiring process, and then provide a template to help you craft the perfect job description.
